Phew! 2020 was certainly a year. It was a unique challenge helping a talented design team make Mailchimp’s annual report. We had to navigate the weirdness of the pandemic while showing off the bright spots of the year that was.

Small businesses finding new ways to succeed. People coming together to stand up for good. Customer wins, internal culture shifts, and more. I think we did a great job of finding fun in the face of so much adversity.
